Welcome to Derwent View
Derwent View is a superb detached, self- catering holiday accommodation which sleeps 6 people, with spectacular views. The property is maintained by the family and has 3 bedrooms, (2 with en-suite facilities and 1 twin bedded room). There is a lounge, hall, kitchen, dining room, and an extra bathroom,
with toilet, bath and washbasin. All rooms are on the ground level. There's a garage and private, gated well-maintained gardens, with patio and barbeque facilities.
We supply ready meals and keep them in the freezer. They are from our local country market. We sell them at cost, for our customers added value, while on holiday.
Visit Britain Quality Assurance Standard grades Derwent View with 4 Stars. It has full central heating and all fuel and power is included in the 
rent as are the bed linen and towels. Other facilities include two colour TVs, DVD, radio, payphone, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Outside there are enclosed lawned gardens, patio, and garden furniture, and barbeque, use of garage, also parking area for the cars.
Peak District Environmental Quality Mark (EQM)
Derwent View is proud to have been awarded the Peak District Environmental Quality Mark, this is a certification mark for businesses, which have good environmental practices and contribute to the conservation of the countryside in the National Park.
Ready meals produced by local food suppliers in the Peak District are available to guests from the freezer in the garage. The prices of the meals are marked on each item, and if you wish to use this service you can deposit your payment in the “honesty box” near to the freezer. We do not make any profit on these meals. Locally produced honey, jams, and marmalade are available on a similar basis. We also recycle as much as possible and use low energy light bulbs where we can.
